Not really a whole lot to report about me these days, other than I just keep growing and growing and growing! We just started going to weekly check ups, and my heartbeat is super strong. Elijah loves going with Mom and Dad to the doctor and thinks that my heart sounds like a choo choo train. The last two appointments, the doctor checked my position by pushing on Mama's tummy, and it's clear that my little booty is up high and my head is low, as it should be. Mom thinks it's funny to watch and feel me in her tummy. I guess Lil' Bit did more kicking with his feet, but I tend to do lots of booty dances. She's thankful that I'm not a rib kicker like my older bro!
Over Spring Break, Mom went to our hospital pre-admission appointment, so we're all set to go. We've been practicing for the real deal with lots and lots of Braxton Hicks contractions, but nothing that hurts. Mom's noticed a lot more heartburn lately, and of course, she's a little less comfortable than previous weeks, but that's to be expected. While Gramma was in town, they ordered my bassinet, picked up some diapers, and washed all my clothes. Mom's felt a little guilty about not being able to set up a nursery or anything due to the upcoming move, but I'm not too worried. As long as I have a place to sleep, fresh diapers, and milk ready, I'll be good to go. ;)
Check us out...we're now 35 weeks!
